1. Nature of Services
NextStep European Consultants OÜ provides informational and administrative advisory services only. We are not a law firm, solicitors, or legal practitioners. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or immigration legal services. Our services are educational, organizational, and administrative in nature.
2. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We make no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any government application, company registration, visa application, or similar process. All decisions are made by independent government authorities outside our control. Engaging our services does not guarantee any particular result.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for: providing accurate and complete information, making all final decisions regarding your case, engaging qualified legal professionals where required, and ensuring all submissions to government authorities are accurate. We are not liable for consequences arising from information you provide.
4. Fees and Payment
Advisory fees are agreed in writing before engagement commences. Fees are non-refundable once service delivery has begun, except where we have materially failed to deliver the agreed scope. Government fees, notary fees, and third-party costs are not included unless explicitly stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not liable for decisions made by government authorities.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the service (e.g., coordinating with a local notary).
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
