Our Story
NextStep was founded in Tallinn, Estonia in 2019 — at the heart of Europe's most digitally advanced society. Our founding team had collectively navigated company formations, visa applications, and business relocations across multiple EU jurisdictions, learning the hard way which advisors to trust.
What we found was a market filled with either expensive law firms or underprepared "consultants" making promises they couldn't keep. We built the middle ground: a professional advisory firm that knows exactly where its role ends and where a lawyer's begins — and communicates that clearly from day one.
